While there are some blanket rules when it comes to nutrition in terms of “good foods” and “bad foods”, there is no one-size-fits-all diet.  Every person is unique and what works for one person may not work for another.  That is why there is so much conflicting information out there, and that is what my job as a Holistic Nutritionist is all about: finding the right nutrition plan for YOU!

I can not say enough good things about my experience with key to health nutritional counseling. As someone who has suffered from “stomach problems” for as long as I can remember I had just resigned myself to the fact that this was my “ normal” and I was just going to have to live with my symptoms. Kiran was amazingly thorough and patient throughout all of my sessions. Eventually we discovered that gluten was causing a lot of my symptoms and Kiran recommended I be tested for celiac disease. I was diagnosed with celiac disease and then had to start the process of completely changing my diet. Throughout Kiran has been incredible and is always going above and beyond to ensure that I am able to be as healthy as I can be.
