Avocado mousse is a healthy treat that you can whip up in 5 mins for a quick fix when you’re craving something sweet. It makes a great snack for kids too and the avocado provides healthy fats for a healthy brain.

Ingredients:
One ripe avocado
1 ripe banana
3 tbsp cacao powder
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup coconut milk (or other milk of choice)
Directions: Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until you get a smooth and creamy consistency. You can add more coconut milk if necessary.
*Tip: for added protein, throw in some hemp hearts before blending (you will need to add extra liquid)
