While a clean diet and lifestyle will definitely help buffer the effects of chronic stress it cannot completely erase the negative effect stress has on your body. Being stressed out all the time impacts your digestion, immune system, neurological health, endocrine system, and pretty much your whole body because all of the different systems are inter-connected.
